Portugal South Coast - Lisbon to Spanish Border

Beneath another tapestry in the 14th century Chapel of St Bartolomeu is his tomb. It is decorated marble in the gothic style. There are three other impressive Gothic tombs from that time in the ambulatory: one belongs to a royal princess; one belongs to the 7th Lord of Ferreira de Aves; and another is the tomb of his wife. Afonso IV of Portugal was also buried here.
